When you place an order with us your shipping will automatically be calculated for you based on the weight of the products you selected. Just choose the option that suits you from the pull down menu in the checkout process.

Pure Fiji is commited to protecting your privacy. We do collect information from you to process your orders. Rest assured that we do not sell, rent, trade your personal information to any third party.

Shipping & Ordering FAQ's

My credit card keeps getting rejected during the ordering process. What’s wrong?
Do not add dashes or spaces between the numbers. If this is not the problem then our online payment gateway is unable to charge your card - please check with your card issuer.

How can I pay if I don’t have a credit card?
Yes! To order by fax, we suggest you add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping basket, print it out and fax it to us. Please include your credit card information and shipping details with the fax (Visa, Mastercard or BC, card number, expiration date and the security code on the back of your card – last three digits). Can I order by phone?
Yes! To order by phone, please have the item numbers ready and call 02 4888 2344 and one of our customer service representatives will gladly assist you.

Can I order by fax?
Yes! To order by fax, we suggest you go through the checkout process and print out your order and fax to 02 4888 2355. Please include your credit card information (Visa or Mastercard, card number and expiration date).

Can I order by mail?
Yes! We suggest that you go through the checkout process and print out your order and mail to Pure Fiji, P.O. Box 1772, Bowral, NSW, 2576. Please include a cheque, money order, or credit card information (Visa, Mastercard, card number and expiration date) on your order. Please allow up 10 days to receive your order.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong and New Caledonia. For other countries please visit our home page and choose the country closest to you.

How do you ship orders?
We use DHL couriers for delivery of all orders. If you would prefer a different method, please contact Customer Service on 02 4888 2344.

Can I track my Order?
Yes, you can track your shipment through the DHL website. Your Consignment note number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

Do I have to pay GST?
A 10% Goods and Services tax is payable on all items shipped within Fiji. The prices shown do not include this tax. Tax, If applicable, is added to your order on checkout.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders received by 11am, Moday throuh Friday will be shipped within 24 hours if the goods are in stock. Please allow 2 - 7 days for delivery.

I ordered or received the wrong item, what do I do now?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us by e-mail immediately. Do not return the item to us without getting prior authorization first

What is Pure Fiji’s guarantee?
For defects we will gladly replace the product or give you a credit, whichever you prefer.
